擅长于按照科学的方法，研究学员的心理过程（包括感觉、知觉、注意、记忆、思维、想象和言语等过程）是怎样的，学员个性差异，包括需要与动机、能力、气质、性格和自我意识等，总结规律并运用规律，更好的服务学员的英语学习。
12年的国外生活经历，性格开朗、热爱生活，有较强的实践能力和组织能力。热忱，做事负责任。立志于把英文培训作为终生事业。

Ashley was born in China. At the age of 12, she moved to Canada with her family. Thanks to her unique experience, she’s familiar with both east and west cultures. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor’s degree of psychology. She just returned to China and now sees teaching English in China as her ultimate career. Ashley is young, passionate, and responsible. She believes that it’s never too late to start learning English. She is now New Start’s education consultant and is ready for new challenges. In her leisure time, Ashley loves watching movies, reading books, outdoor sports, and shopping.

He has got more than 11 years' experience in business，Teaching, Training and HR management. He is kind, patient, passionate, and gentle to people around him and he also is strict while teaching his students. Daryl likes traveling very much and is interested in knowing more about different cultures and customs. |

| He is an Australian Bachelor of Applied Science with a Diploma in Social Science; Master of Arts; Grad Certificate in Applied Social Research and has a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). He used to teach Sociology in Northern Territory University, Darwin, Australia and afterwards taught English all over the world to get a lot of experience in business and teaching. He is kind, responsible, and passionate to the students and his teaching is very effective. |

| Paula has been working as a teacher and counselor for 33 years. She has a Master of Education degree. She works well with students and staff and is very capable of being a teacher. Subjects she would like to teach and feels qualified to teach are: Conversational English, Written English, Business English, American Studies, Creative Writing, Intermediate and Advanced Composition and Individual Reading. She is cheery, enthusiastic, energetic and possesses a great sense of humour. |

| He originally came from Guangdong but grew up in England and graduated from Milton University in Keynes, UK and has got three years of teaching experience with TEFL certificates. He is patient, humorous and passionate in the classroom. He is eager to provide professional lessons and tutor service to the students. |

| She came from Australia with certificates in Training and Assessment, Meeting and Events and International Retail Travel Sales which were issued by Gordon Institute of TAFE. She has many years of business and teaching experience. She traveled to Yangshuo once in 2007 and was attracted deeply by Yangshuo's mountains, rivers and the nice people here. So she decided to come back again and stay here longer with her husband to devote themselves to English Teaching. |

| He is a Bachelor in Education of the Sydney University and has a CELTA certificate. His working experience includes: many years of teaching in Sydney, Australia and ESL teaching in Jiang Shu province, in China. He is also experienced in computer operation systems and website design and is well-travelled, knowledgeable and friendly, with rich business experience. His hobbies: Steven enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures and making new friends. He came to Yangshuo because of its beautiful scenery and friendly and peaceful environment. |

| She comes from England and has been travelling in China for five months . She feels Yangshuo is very beautiful and Fiat is a great school . The students are lots of fun and planning lessons is done easily with the loads of resources that are available. She has a very sociable, friendly and outgoing personality. | His name is Roland and he was born 23 years ago in a small European country called Holland. His mother language is Dutch and his second language is English. Now he is trying to learn the Chinese language and in January he finishes his major is history. This summer he has three months off, which he likes to spend as an English teacher in Fiat language school. After his graduation in January he likes to come back to Yangshuo to teach for many more years. He really enjoys being a teacher and he adores China and especially Yangshuo. |

| Ellen 的中文名叫(中美才），他来自美国，现任飞亚特英语发音课程高级双语教师，良好的亲和力和纯正的美式发音深受学员的喜爱。他具有幽默风趣的个性，他以简单明了的上课方式很容易让学员融入到课堂中。在课堂中，他侧重于学员的演练，因为他强调只有学员不断地练习，才能得到最大量的突破。在他的业余时间，他喜欢音乐，阅读，中国菜，五子棋等。课后很乐意与大家中英文交流。
